Scan each listing for: platform tier (Binance = high, smaller exchange = lower), sector (is this a hot sector right now?), and BNB/token requirement (can you participate at your capital level?). Add any high-tier listings to your short list immediately without deep evaluation — those get research time next.
Minutes 6-10: Launchpad Channel Scan
Scroll the last 7 days of Telegram announcements from Binance Launchpad, KuCoin Spotlight, DAO Maker, Polkastarter, and Bybit Launchpad. Any project announced in the past week not yet on your short list gets added. These platforms have done at least minimal vetting — their announcements warrant research time even before you have read the project details.
Minutes 11-15: X Community Scan
