MarketCore and RISEx Power RISE’s Global Expansion

Singapore, Singapore, November 13th, 2025, Chainwire

From the fastest Layer 2 blockchain to the foundation of global onchain markets, RISE introduces a new standard for orderbooks on the EVM, fully onchain and synchronously composable.

RISE is the fastest Ethereum Layer 2 platform. Today, it announced a big change. The launch of RISE MarketCore and RISEx marks a new direction for the company. RISE is moving from just being a fast way to execute trades to becoming the main platform for global onchain markets.
These new platforms are part of RISE’s plan to create a full system for onchain trading. This change is supported by the recent purchase of BSX Labs, which brings important technology to RISE’s new platform for global markets.
Traditional financial markets, like stock markets and foreign exchange (FX), have always used orderbooks. This system has worked well for years. However, it hasn’t worked with blockchain technology until now because it was slow and complicated. RISE has solved these problems, making it possible for orderbooks to work fully on-chain for the first time.
This new system brings deep liquidity, programmability, and composability to finance, things that were never possible before.
RISE is using its high-speed Layer 2 (L2) technology to introduce a new orderbook system and perpetuals DEX. This means that RISE is turning its performance advantage into a new programmable market structure, which is the core technology driving global on-chain trading.

Rise MarketCore

RISE MarketCore: Fast, Permissionless Trading on RISE’s Ultra-Low Latency EVM

RISE MarketCore, built on RISE’s fast and low-latency EVM, provides a powerful orderbook system with deep, shared liquidity. This system lets anyone quickly create fully on-chain spot and perpetual markets, all without needing approval. Future updates will add more orderbook-based tools, like options and prediction markets.

MarketCore solves key problems by offering orderbook features, risk engines, and APIs directly at the base layer. Builders can plug into liquid order books, founders can list their tokens without permission, and asset creators can launch their own markets or even entire exchanges.

RISEx is the main app in the ecosystem and the first Integrated Perpetuals DEX. It brings together the best parts of DeFi and CEX-style perpetuals. Built on the EVM, it offers a top trading experience with deep liquidity, low spreads, and smooth execution.

On RISEx, every order, margin update, and settlement happens on-chain. This makes the platform fast and easy to connect with other tools. The design gives full transparency to both traders and market makers, so everything is clear and open.

“RISE was never just about building a faster blockchain. It’s about enabling a new market structure for the internet,” said Sam Battenally, CEO of RISE. “With RISE MarketCore and RISEx, we’re turning the chain itself into the global home for onchain markets, a programmable foundation where liquidity, risk, and innovation converge onchain. This is the infrastructure global finance will be built on: composable, transparent, and unstoppable.”

Overview of RISE Platform Functions

RISE has evolved to give developers and institutions a foundation to build global market systems.

Key features include:

Native Orderbook Infrastructure: RISE has shared orderbooks that can be used for both spot and perpetual markets. These books are flexible and can be combined with other systems.

Programmable Instruments: With SDKs and APIs, developers can create custom products and market rules to meet their needs.

High-Performance EVM: RISE offers very fast execution with millisecond-level latency and high throughput, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Flagship Exchange: The RISEx exchange helps grow liquidity in the ecosystem and sets a new standard for on-chain trading.

Next Phase of RISE Platform Development

RISEx will enter its closed mainnet this quarter, with a public mainnet launch expected in early 2026. After that, RISE MarketCore will open for permissionless deployment of new spot and perpetual markets.

The future roadmap includes adding more features to the Markets SDK, such as support for options, structured products, and prediction markets. All of these will run natively on RISE’s shared orderbook infrastructure.

Chainwire is a global press release service for the blockchain and cryptocurrency world. Unlike general PR companies that work with every industry, Chainwire focuses only on Web3. This focus helps them understand what crypto projects need and how to reach the right audience.

When a project shares news through Chainwire, the announcement does not stay on one website. It gets published across a large network of trusted crypto media outlets. This helps important updates, such as token launches, exchange listings, funding news, and partnerships, reach readers quickly. It also ensures that the right people see the news. These people include investors, traders, builders, and Web3 communities.

Chainwire stands out because it offers guaranteed coverage and global reach. It also has a strong reputation in the crypto space. They do not simply “send” a press release. They make sure it appears on respected crypto websites where people are paying attention.
